S.L. Leonard served as the Project Manager overseeing several campus projects:
- Existing Gymnasium converted to multi-use Kendall Pavilion performing arts venue
- New weight training building
- New performing arts annex with practice facilities and black box theater

Project Management Highlights
- Managed the entitlement process including modifying a 17 year old Conditional Use Permit
- Delivered gymnasium theater upgrades on a multi-prime basis, saving general contractor fees and general conditions
- Delivered weight training building with a competitive design/build delivery
- Delivered Annex on a negotiated Guaranteed Maximum cost delivery.
- Procured FF&E including theater risers and seating
