Project Description:

This $3 billion mixed-use project designed by Frank Gehry includes a Four Seasons luxury hotel, apartments, condos, offices, retail and five levels of underground parking. Grand Avenue also
will include a 16-acre park and two towers, one 52 stories high and the other 21 stories high.
The entire public/private project will take up nearly three square blocks in downtown Los Angeles.
