| We
hired S.L. Leonard & Associates because of Sean's experience
with complex projects. Fuller Lofts is in preconstruction right
now, and our experience with Sean and his team has been very
positive so far, as other construction managers don't always
take such a proactive approach during the early stages. We have
been working primarily with Linda Mele, whose detail-oriented
approach and ability to look for creative solutions have helped
us make wise decisions with positive economic impacts. She has
a strong technical background that has proved most helpful in
reading plans and evaluating all the options. Brad Karr came
up with a great idea to save us quite a bit of money on our
gas meters, and his work with Linda really showcases the great
teamwork that S.L. Leonard & Associates uses to get the
job done. |

| Linda
and Sean are good at looking at the big picture and small details
all at once. With her engineering mind, Linda was thorough and
able to organize a monstrous amount of information to clear
entitlement rights. And both Linda and Sean have stepped up
to keep communication flowing among difficult parties and bring
everyone back to the table when they start turning their backs.
They’ve been terrific. |

| Sean
and Linda have given this project direction and reality. We
now have a stronger team commitment and a sharper focus on meeting
our goals. Linda is the glue that holds this project together
and gets the nuts and bolts in place. She and Sean are unusually
creative at finding solutions to project challenges that meet
our goals and are a good fit for all members of the team. |
