Cabrillo Gateway, the fourth phase of development on the Century Villages at Cabrillo campus, with whom S.L. Leonard & Associates has been working closely with, recently celebrated its grand opening in Long Beach, Calif. Studio Channel Islands Art Center gains a new board member: Sean Leonard

L.A. Kitchen, an SLL client, is officially open

On Monday, July 27, L.A. Kitchen received its Certificate of Occupancy and officially moved in. They also welcomed their first full class since launching the pilot program last year and had 75 volunteers help with preparing 3,500 fruit parfaits for the Special Olypmics. Congratulations Community Corporation of Santa Monica for its Broadway Affordable Housing project in Santa Monica that was recently awarded the 2015 American Institute of Architects Multifamily Housing Award.
