Mark Holloway has over 35 years of construction experience in Southern California. He has hands on experience as a licensed general contractor, housing code enforcement officer & building mechanical inspector. His expertise includes sustainability, codes, contracts, estimating and risk management.

  • Mark ran his own general contracting company focusing on residential remodeling and insurance repair work
  • Mark developed a subcontractor network and was responsible for estimating, contract negotiations, risk management and compliance.
  • Holloway served as the head of Los Angeles Housing Department’s construction services unit where he oversaw annual contract sums in excess of $100 million.
  • During his time as an executive with the City of Los Angeles, Mark developed relationships and trust with other public agencies, developers, architects and contractors.
