Completed in November 2013 in the Brea community, the Birch Hills Apartment Homes is a work-force housing development with eight three-story buildings and one recreation building, arranged around central courtyards and linked by tree-lined pedestrian friendly landscaped walks for families earning between 30% and 60% of the Orange County Area Median Income.
