Creating an innovative and collaborative environment was important to the Raines Feldman LLP law firm. The Century City office boasts of a new 20,000 SF space that was a buildout with the highest standards. The project included adding in detailed modern aspects with the natural beauty of exposed concrete. The law firm is a welcoming and functional place to work and bring clients.

  • Managed design and construction teams.
  • Bid on pricing plans, performed value management exercise.
  • Managed general contractor procurement, including contract negotiation.
  • Chaired weekly meetings, oversaw monthly draws, change requests, submittals and punch list.
